Kloan Shipping Policy
Billing and Verification
Kloan works with major shipping companies such as PostNL, DHL, DPD and UPS. You will be billed at the time of placing your order, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipment, which may take several days. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may be delayed and/or canceled.
Shipping Process
After the placement of an order, we typically need 2-5 business days to process and transport your order to the carrier's sorting center. Some items may take longer, especially during holidays (up to 14 days), or if your order includes popular items with limited stock availability.
Once your order is processed by our shipping team, no changes can be made (including address changes). We only ship to the address provided at checkout.
We ship only on business days and not on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking
All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped to the carrier’s sorting system.
With some shipping companies, it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.
Deliveries
Delivery time varies by country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. While we will do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Kloan cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as postal or customs procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Import Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Kloan has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for all incurred duties and return shipping costs.
Customs policies vary widely by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages
Kloan is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered to your address and you did not receive it, you must report this and/or file a claim with the respective shipping company.
Note: We use the timestamp from the tracking link and carrier delivery confirmation when reviewing damage or return requests, and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes once an order is placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping team, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
