Return Policy

We love our customers and want you to enjoy your purchases too. We understand the difficulties of online shopping and will ensure we provide excellent service so you’re always happy shopping with us!

 

Returns Policy
Kloan accepts items for return or exchange purchased through our website within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • There are no visible signs of damage.
  • All original packaging is intact.
  • Any sign of damage may void the Kloan warranty.

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 14 days of purchase. Certain types of goods are excluded from returns. We also do not accept returns for intimate (underwear) or hygienic products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order confirmation email) with your order number.

For all returns or exchanges, please contact returns@kloan.nl and provide your order number and reason for the return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated on this page.

 

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning an item(s) valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment. The refunded amount will be equal to the order value. The original shipping cost will only be refunded if all items from the order are returned. If only some items are returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

 

Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds typically take 2–3 business days to process. If you still haven’t received your refund after this period, please email us at returns@kloan.nl so we can further investigate.

 

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must submit a request within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@kloan.nl. If the damage is not reported within this period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We use the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation of the carrier when assessing damage or return requests.
